So after months of anticipation, Baby Hailey Kate Sullivan was born today at 4:22am in the Hoag Memorial Hospital, weighing in at 6 lbs 13 oz & 19 inches. Well since a picture says a thousand words, enjoy the following.

Paulines's Embroidery

Pauline was at a Rancho Bernardo Craft Show last week. Here are a few of things she has done since buying an embroidery machine at this years Del Mar Fair. These are a few of her "designer" Burp Cloths and Receiving Blankets. They have been a hit! Sometimes I walk down the hall and say, "Has anyone seen my wife?" She took over one of the rooms for a sewing room and spends alot of time in there. Which gives me time to watch football!

Well here is the long awaited Plums on my Plum tree. They taste terriffic. Pauline and I have had a few because that is all that we had on the tree. This is one of the last ones. I wish I had more because they taste so great. Well I wanted you to see what a tree ripe fruit looks like. Maybe we will have more next year along with more nectarines. Nectarines ?

I can't believe this, my sister Cheryl comes over to see my backyard and fines the only nectarine our tree has ever had. It had to be there for awhile and no one saw it. It is gone now and it tasted GREAT!! Pauline had half and I had half and boy it was tastey. Next up is our Plum tree. You might think why is Mike making a big deal about the fruit. It is because this is the first time we have had fruit. The plums are starting to turn red. The lemon tree is next in line. I will keep you posted. Can't wait.

Monica's New Toy

Well here is the answer to everyone question. How do I save on gas. This is Monica's answer. Monica has been looking at scooters for a long time. She finally found the one she likes. It took a week to get here. Dad had to put it together and learn to become a mechanic again. All the lights work and it runs. Ammon had to tell me how it started though. Now that I look at it, it does looks like a bumble bee. What do you think?

New CPA Ammon Martell Sullivan

Well Ammon passed his CPA exam. Now he is a Certified Public Accountant. Pauline and I are very proud of him as with the rest of our family. All his hard work has paid off. Not to mention the patience from his lovely wife Becky. Now with the baby due in November, they will have another deduction on their taxes. Just what every CPA loves to see more deductions.

Kari and Jacob and Stephanie visit grand ma and pa

One of the condition for Jacob to visit Grand Ma & Pa was he wanted to go to Chucky Cheese. Here he is with one of his new pals Barney. Wait isn't that Jacob's last name? No wonder they are good friends. Well I sure had fun with Jacob when he was here we got to play alot. I do miss him. Pauline misses him more that is why she is in Utah this weekend. The fact is her side of the family is having little get together in Beaver Utah. I can't go into detail yet I am waiting to get picture so we can post them. Until then

Monica the Graduate

Monica Graduating from Long Beach State on May 29, 2007. Monica pictured her with her mother Pauline. Those who were at the graduation were Monica's sister Kari, her 5 month old niece Stephanie, her 33 month old nephew Jacob, and her Mom and Dad. It was a nice to see Monica graduate again. We saw her get her Associated Degree from BYU Idaho a few years ago. How time flies.

We would like to congraduate Monica on her accomplishments and for her hard work.

Weekend in Arizona with my Dad

Had a great weekend with my Dad, Jack. Watched a couple of movies, had a great BBQ pork ribs with beans and potato salad and corn on the cob. Boy was it good. We arrived late on Friday and left early on Sunday. On the way home we stop to get gas on Hwy 95 which take you to Lake Havasu and to the London Bridge. So you guessed it we stopped and took some pictures. Take a look. There were a lot of people there because of the Memorial weekend. This lake is very very big. So now we can say we have been to Lake Havasu.

Ammon & Becky are having a baby GIRL

Just off the press Ammon and Becky call yesterday and confirmed what our grandson Jacob already knew is that they are having a baby GIRL. Two weeks ago Jacob told Ammon and myself that Ammon and Becky were going to have a baby girl. How did he know? Hum. Well I know Becky is excited.

Its finally here MONICA is Graduating May 29

Well Monica is finally Graduating on May 29, 2008 from California State University Long Beach She is studing up a storm. We get an occasion phone call. Last weekend she came home to give me a haircut or maybe it was Mother's Day not sure. It might have been Mother's Day? Anyway here is her Graduating Picture. She is graduating with a BA in Journalism and a Minor in Comparable Literature. We are so proud of her accomplishments!

Finally I can tell someone about Ammon and Becky having a baby. I think she is due November 17, 2008 or around that time. This will be our third grandchild. Elder John Sullivan Welcome Home

It has been a while since our last update: Since then our son John has come home from his mission in Fort Worth Texas and is living in Utah. He is working at Dan's Market bought a new car a Hyundai Tiburon 2005. John is planning on going to the LDS Business College in the Fall in Salt Lake City.

Congratulation's to Nathan & Kari

Welcome baby Stephanie doesn't she look so cute. Jacob looks like he is having fun with his new sister. Pauline is leaving on Tuesday to stay a week with Kari and help around the house. Nathan's work let him have Monday and Tuesday off to take care of his wife and new family. Having grand children is great we have had so much fun with Jacob during Christmas. We did not want to leave. Can't wait for our next visit when ever that may be. Hopefully soon.

Hi all, Well we just added a new addition 2 our family. Stephanie Nicole was born Jan. 11 @ 6:44pm. She weighed 8 lbs 6 oz and 20 1/2 in long. She is happy & healthy. We are excited for her 2 join our family. Here are some pictures. We would love 2 hear from you. see ya, Kari & Nathan.
